Web Site Traffic Calculator

I need to build a “professional” web site. What software should I get?

This is for a real estate start up company. The website will be our main source for generating leads. I know what I want it to look like . I know what I need it to do. I need it to “track” our traffic, needs mortgage calculators, will have several links. I need it to have forms for guests to fill out, etc. I know alittle HTML and thats about it.

Not to discourage you but “real estate” is a highly competitive market on the net. I would recommend that you check out your major competitor (do they have a website? can I make mine more user friendly, is it updated regularly etc) make notes about their site, the pro’s and con’s and hire a professional web designer (of course check out the designer previous sites) to make your site better.
